The Department of Computer Programming at Aksaray University organized the third event of the Informatics Talks series titled “Journey to Virtual Worlds: METAVERSE.” The guest speaker, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Akif Ocak from Gazi University, Faculty of Education, Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technologies, shared his insights within the scope of TÜBİTAK Science Talks.
Prof. Dr. Ocak discussed the role of metaverse in education, its impact on learning processes, and the innovations brought by digital transformation in teaching environments. The event attracted great interest from both students and academic staff.
